These sets feature colored pencils that have an ergonomic triangular shape and a larger-than-usual rectangular lead that is visible along the full length of one of the pencil's three sides allowing artists to draw fine lines and cover large areas with ease. The waterproof, break-resistant lead is encased in solid-color black wood on two sides and a thin, clear coat of lacquer safeguards the exposed lead edge until the pencil is sharpened.
